Our goal is to provide you with the very best in Reggae music Old and New. For Many years I have been actively involved in promoting, playing and presenting reggae . Born in Jamaica in the the parish of St. Elisabeth moved to london UK in 1968.At a very early age I knew that any success I gained in life would directly come from my love of this music. The early days were spent Listening BLUE BEAT. SKA. ROCKSTEADY. My Early Teens were Spent Learning and listening Soundsytem Incuding Sir Coxone, Jah Shakka, King Tubby ECT.1975 Teamed up with some of my schoolmates and built our own sound JAH ROCKERS and were crowned Gold Cup Winners In 1979. In 1986 Moved On To Cummunity Radio, leading to working as a presenter on London's 1st black Legal radio station 'WNK'.Presented Tues And Thursday Afternoon Mix And Blend Also Presented My Specilist Reggae Revival show Tues Ten to Midnight Interviewd many reggae artiste including , super cat,Shaggy,Rudy Thomas,Errol dunkley, Vivian Jones, Debra Glasgow,amberlique, To name a few.Played In All Major Nightclubs, Music Cordiator/dj at The Anual COMMONWELTH SPORTS AWARDS. was nominated on 3 separate occasions for 'Best Reggae Presenter'. I then moved to cable network radio and more recently spent several years on London's community station 'Powerjam'. After going Home on holiday in Jamaica I decided that I needed to focus my attention on my music and to share my dj vibes worldwide I always dreamed of having my own radio station dedicated ROOTSREGGAE. Thanks to jah this is now a reality,with over Million streams and well over a million listening hours.
